A finalist in Best Groomswear Retailer in the Bridal Buyer Awards every year since 2007, All Aspects is also a finalist in the Best Bridalwear Retailer category this year. In business for 16 years, the shop puts customer service as a priority, offering car hire, stationery and a dressing service alongside its weddingwear. Newest to its stable of labels - Alfred Angelo, Bella Donna, Dessy, Forever Yours, Venus and Wendy Makin - is Phoenix Gowns. This family-run business (even the 7, 11 and 14 year-olds get involved) has a well-deserved reputation for making customers feel at home and relaxed; owner Gill Price says there are no half measures in creating someone’s special day. Word of mouth brings in the business and regular wedding fairs help spread the message. Gill says that turnover is up, but hard work is needed to maintain it as customers are being more cautious with their budget and asking for discounts or booking one car instead of two to cut down on costs.
