Three specialist seminars for retailers, sponsored by BIS, are planned during BBEH March. Each promises to offer a real insight into a particular area of business and the benefits to you could be considerable. Reserve your seat now.

Managing You Brand and Reputation Online will be presented by Keren Alderson and Tim Smith, founders of I Do I Do, the company that creates unique designer websites for the wedding industry. Keren and Tim will be discussing how to best ensure that your website works for you and how you can benefit from the use of social media. They will also cover how to monitor what brides are saying about your company online, forcusing on forums, and explain how you can respond.
Interior Design for all Budgets will be hosted by Peter Cunningham of Design CLD which offers professional interior design and project management for UK and international businesses and retailers. This seminar focuses on simple low-cost showroom changes that will have a positive impact on sales but will also show how to move beyond the basics and suggest ways to give the customer something extra in a way that that will add brand value and thereby increase profit.
Bridal Retail Software, designed with the retailer in mind, should proved to be an invaluable seminar session. Richard Freedman of Xedo Software will discuss Xedo’s software, which has been designed around the specific needs of bridal and mens formalwear retailers. The system enables stores to record customers’ details, including which outfits and accessories they have tried on, and calculates their correct size. It also electronically manages all purchase orders to suppliers, saving the retailer valuable time and ensuring order accuracy.
