Forget Me Not wins Customer of the Year Award 2009/10

Congrats to one of bridalwear’s most popular design houses on being declared a winner by Michael’s Bridal Fabrics

Last year top supplier Michael’s Bridal Fabrics, staged its first Customer of the Year scheme; it was welcomed with real enthusiasm and generated some terrific publicity for the company. So much so, boss Michael Bristow, has repeated the promotion and this year’s winner is Forget Me Not Designs of Ryde, IOW, and its owners Katerina and Gerry. According to Michael: “Winners have to be proven to contribute to the ongoing success of the business and for the past few years Forget Me Not Designs has been consistently one of the biggest users of our fabrics. Their collections have featured a large number of our beaded tulles and many of their dresses are made in our famous Italian taffetas – we run these in various qualities and colours and Forget Me Not Designs’ choices have influenced the range we carry. I know that a large number of their customers consider their latest collection to be one of their best and I am delighted that it also includes many of our newest fabrics, edgings and motifs.
“Katerina is always cheerful and optimistic on the phone and even her occasional complaint is made with constructive comments. As a supplier you could not wish for a nicer pair of sisters to work with. This is not the first award they have won – on three previous occasions they have been awarded the BBA Designer of the Year title by their customers for their all round excellence of design and service.”
