Country Brides and The Bridal Collection will see their designs become reality after being crowned the winners of the Eternity Group’s ‘Design a Wedding Dress’ competition.
The brand house launched its new initiative last year in which stockists could be in with a chance of designing a wedding dress and received more than 60 entries.
Kentish store Country Brides in Faversham pipped its competitors to the post with its design for the Eternity label, while Harrogate boutique The Bridal Collection was chosen as the winning entry for Art Couture.
The designs will be produced as samples and offered in the group’s September collections. The two winners will also receive five free dresses from the respective collections, plus a hamper of luxurious goodies.
Meanwhile Love Bridal in Crystal Palace was highlighted as highly recommended and Maureens Prom in Cranleigh was rewarded for submitting the most comprehensive entry.
